Terms & Conditions

A short summary of the Peak RO service agreement. The full agreement signed at onboarding governs in any conflict.

1. The Service

Peak RO provides U.S.-based virtual service advisor support and, optionally, the Peak RO Command CRM. We work inside your shop management workflow to present estimates, follow up with customers, and help close repair orders.

2. Fees & Commission

Shops pay a weekly package fee plus a performance commission (typically 5–10%) on gross sales attributed to advisor activity. Your exact rate is on your signed order form and is visible on the Billing page in this portal.

3. Billing Cycle

Billing runs weekly. Charges for the prior week are calculated and settled every Friday. You will see each invoice in the Billing tab before it is drafted.

4. Payment Methods — ACH & Card

You may pay by either method below. ACH is preferred for lower processing cost.

  • ACH bank transfer (recommended): no processing surcharge. 1–3 business days to settle.
  • Credit / debit card: a 3% processing surcharge is added at the time of charge. Settles same day.

You can add, change, or remove a payment method anytime under Billing → Payment Methods. Failed payments may pause advisor coverage after 5 business days of non-payment.

5. Term & Cancellation

Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. Any work delivered up to the cancellation date is billable.

6. Data & Confidentiality

Customer and vehicle data you share with us stays yours. We use it only to deliver the service and never sell or share it with third parties. We follow industry-standard security practices.

7. Performance & Disclaimers

We work hard to grow your approvals and ARO, but we do not guarantee specific revenue results — outcomes depend on traffic, pricing, technicians, and shop operations.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect.
